  TERMS
  
  The following terms of parking must be agreed upon before a parking pass will be issued:
  
  All cars parking in the St. Francis of Assisi lot MUST have a visible, current parking pass.
  
  Parking pass must be paid for in full prior to issuance.
  
  All Passholders must agree to submit evidence of motor vehicle insurance coverage providing for both liability and property damage in such minimum amounts as may be required by the State of Indiana.
  
  Passholders are only permitted to park in authorized sections. See map for authorized sections.
  
  Parking pass may not be shared between more than one car, only the registered car is eligible for parking.
  
  There is absolutely no smoking on church property – including while in your car.
  
  With advance notice, the parking lot may be closed due to church functions. If the lot is closed, there is to be absolutely no parking, and if the car is not removed by the designated time, it will be towed at the owner’s expense.
  
  Absolutely no overnight parking is allowed.
  
  Email will be the primary form of communication used. All pertinent information regarding your parking pass will be sent via email.
  
  By signing you agree that you park at your own risk and have signed the attached hold harmless agreement.
  
  I have read the above and agree to the terms of parking at St. Francis of Assisi Parish and Newman Center. If I do not uphold the above rules, I understand that my car may be towed or my parking privileges revoked.
  
  The above agrees to indemnify and make harmless St. Francis of Assisi Parish and Newman Center, its officers, agents, servants, and/or employees, from and against any and all liability, claims, judgments, demands, fines, penalties or expenses whatsoever, including, without limitations, attorney's fees and expenses which may be incurred in connection with the loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to property arising out of or resulting in whole or in part from the activity as mentioned. The above agrees to submit evidence of motor vehicle insurance coverage
  providing for both liability and property damage in such minimum amounts as may be required by the State of Indiana. The undersigned in not relying upon any representations in executing this agreement not expressly set forth herein.
  
  The foregoing indemnification agreement has been read and understood by the undersigned before signing.
