St. Francis of Assisi can offer parking to those working or attending school at Ball State University.
Once payment has been received, permits may be picked up at the Pastorate Office located at 100 N. Celia St, Muncie, Indiana or via mail.
Pass options:- Fall Semester (August 1 - December 31) $55
- Spring Semester (January 1 - May 5) $55
- Full Year Pass (August 1 - July 31) $110

TermsThe following terms of parking must be agreed upon before a parking pass will be issued:
- All cars parking in the St. Francis of Assisi lot MUST have a visible, current parking pass.
- Parking pass must be paid for in full prior to issuance.
- All Passholders must agree to submit evidence of motor vehicle insurance coverage providing for both liability and property damage in such minimum amounts as may be required by the State of Indiana.
- Passholders are only permitted to park in authorized sections. See map for authorized sections.
- Parking pass may not be shared between more than one car, only the registered car is eligible for parking.
- There is absolutely no smoking on church property – including while in your car.
- With advance notice, the parking lot may be closed due to church functions. If the lot is closed, there is to be absolutely no parking, and if the car is not removed by the designated time, it will be towed at the owner’s expense.
- Absolutely no overnight parking is allowed.
- Email will be the primary form of communication used. All pertinent information regarding your parking pass will be sent via email.
- By signing you agree that you park at your own risk and have signed the attached hold harmless agreement.
