Campus Minister
The Muncie Catholic Pastorate of St. Francis of Assisi, St. Lawrence, and St. Mary, is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Campus Minister to serve the students of Ball State University. This full-time position works collaboratively on a vibrant pastoral team under the leadership of the Director of Evangelization to foster an active culture of discipleship and faith formation among college students. The ideal candidate is passionate about the Catholic faith, highly organized, and gifted in relational ministry and evangelization. Responsibilities include planning and leading retreats and spiritual programming, mentoring student leaders, coordinating events, and directing the resident intern program. The Campus Minister will help make Muncie Catholic a true spiritual home for students, promoting growth in their intellectual, apostolic, and Christian lives. Technology Assistant (part-time)

General Position Description
The school technology assistant will model the values of St. Michael Catholic School while supporting the Principal and Operations Manager with overseeing the management and maintenance of school technology. The position will also develop effective working relationships with students, parents, teachers, and school staff. The position is part-time, not to exceed 29 hours per week. The work schedule will be determined by the School Operations Manager in conversation with the candidate.
Essential duties include:
Oversee the management and maintenance of individual student devices and all classroom technology, while serving as a liaison between Resultant and the school for other managed technology.
Prepare and maintain student records, including report cards, and act as on-site PowerSchool administrator.
Prepare student devices for new school years and software as needed.
Organize and publish school newsletters & communications to families.
Update school website and social media accounts.
Assist in processing School Choice data.
Key Skills:
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with students, parents, teachers and staff
Proficient in management of multiple devices and related software, proficiency in Apple iOS preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher.
Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
Ability to apply common sense understanding and to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Requirements:
Associates degree in a related field or certificates of study preferred.
2 – 4 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Considerable knowledge preferred of education based technology, including, but not limited to, Apple iOS, Clever, Google, Mosyle, and Powerschool.
