Responsibilities include: create and implement lesson plans, utilize assessments to drive instruction, communicate with parents, exhibit classroom management skills, and ability to integrated technology in the classroom.
Requirements for the position include: respect and honor Catholic beliefs and practices, excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills, a Bachelor’s degree in education or education-related field, and possess an Indiana teaching license. Manager of Stewardship and Development
The Muncie Pastorate, St. Francis of Assisi, St. Lawrence, St. Mary and St. Michael School, is seeking a full-time Stewardship and Development Manager. This position will be part of the Pastorate Leadership Team with primary responsibilities of cultivating relationships, securing grants, leading fundraising initiatives, and working with the pastor and staff to foster a culture of stewardship.
Key Objectives and Essential Duties include:
· Providing leadership and oversight of a Development Plan for the Muncie Pastorate.
· Collaborating with the Pastor and staff to build fiscal strength of the parishes and school through regular offertory, planned gifts, scholarships, endowments, grants, etc.
· Overseeing and managing the overall fundraising efforts of the Muncie Pastorate ministries; including alumni of the Muncie Catholic School(s), Cardinal Catholic and other donor groups.
· Maintaining online donor relationships with Our Sunday Visitor and other e-platforms.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Four (4) years or more of stewardship and development experience with demonstrated success in securing endowments, grants and/or other major gifts.
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media tools.
· Knowledge and understanding of the Catholic Church and its mission.

Youth Minister (part-time)
The Muncie Pastorate is seeking a part time youth minister. This position reports to the Director of Evangelization. This position will serve to support the pastorate to ensure that opportunities for ongoing faith formation for middle school and high school aged youth and a comprehensive youth ministry program are provided for the pastorate. This person will work with the Pastor and Director of Evangelization to ensure that necessary collaboration and cross training occurs among all areas of ministry and discipleship.
Education/Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Theology/Religious Studies or equivalent preferred
· Experience with religious formation program in a Catholic parish or school
· Demonstrated skills in program organization and administration
· Excellent written and oral communication skills, clear and kind in person and in writing
· Practices a deep prayer life rooted in regular participation in the Sacraments of the Catholic Church
· Desire to know God, and to share God’s love with children and their families
· Able to adapt to a flexible schedule (frequent evenings and weekends) while also holding regular office hours at some time during the week
· Diligent and thorough about following up with people and tasks
· Prefers working in a collaborative, creative process within a team
· Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
· Able to pass and maintain diocesan child safety protocol.
Essential duties include:
The youth minister serves the pastorate by building and overseeing a ministry team that will support pastoral needs of the youth of the parish (Junior High and High School). Along with organizing and overseeing events and spiritual formation for the youth, the youth minister will also oversee and develop a team of volunteers who assist in youth ministry.

St. Michael School Elementary Aide (part-time)
St. Michael Catholic School in Muncie is seeking two part-time Elementary School Aide(s) for the remainder of the 2022-2023 academic year. The ideal candidate(s) will be faithful, energetic, and organized individual who is dedicated to supporting the classroom teacher(s) with the academic and spiritual development of students.
Candidate should possess the following:
· A high school diploma or higher
· Experience in working with young children in a classroom setting is preferred
· Functional skills in the use of technology within the classroom
· The ability to function well within a group of colleagues
· Maintain order in a calm and consistent fashion, with a demeanor appropriate for young children
· Candidates who model Catholic beliefs, practices, and values are preferred
